A whole lot! You will manage in-bound transition activities on all strategic programs and initiate and mobilize the transition project teams across service delivery, operations and enabling functions. A whole lot! You will manage in-bound transition activities on all strategic programs and initiate and mobilize the transition project teams across service delivery, operations and enabling functions. You will need to establish and manage relationships with customer business and project stakeholders, and manage expectations across key internal and external stakeholders of the project. You will need to ensure that Transition deliverables are prepared in accordance with the GATE methodology, with high levels of quality and timeliness, and within budget. We need someone who will manage and motivate the transition team in order to achieve the desired levels of performance and deliverable quality. We also need someone who will manage risks through the transition lifecycle to avoid impact to timelines and costs. In addition, we need to report the transition progress at defined intervals to the management teams - both client and internal - for effective governance and timely issue resolution. As well as review and manage changes through the transition lifecycle - both at the process level and SOW - and document and share project learnings for continuous improvements. And that’s where you come in! How will you bring about change? We want you to be the change! For Genpact, transition plays a key role in stabilizing new processes being migrated within the designated area - and in ensuring that these run smoothly thereon. We need you to make this happen. This includes the setting up of performance metrics, regular monitoring of performance, ensuring controls are in place for every process and making sure that Risk Analysis is performed for every process. You also need to see that an adequate training of resources - including cross training - takes place. And you need to establish communication channels with various onshore teams and build relationships for long terms success of the processes. Add value to the business by engaging and collaborating with the front-facing organization - sales and business development teams - to create and represent viable solutions for our customers. Engage with delivery teams in F&A operation’s, in order to stay in touch with all capabilities, maturity and success stories, and articulate the same for new deals and responses. Work with the people who are front-ending Genpact, like the BD & Sales teams, and help create the Transition solutions being offered to new customers.
