• To optimize sale to stock ratio - check & verify focus items and seasonal fast moving stocks. Stocks to be kept at optimum levels so as to avoid out of stock situation. Track the movement & deliveries of goods from various vendors to DC/Store. • Ensure Category Growth should be above Company Growth as per the set Norms. • Follow-up with Vendor so that Right stock reach to stores/ DC at right time. • To ensure Plan & Booked Quantity is offered , Ordered & Reach on time. • Optimize the article Potential and OTB Planning , Range Planning , Base Top Planning. • Delegation of Task- Small Brief Meeting with Team to discuss Job List and problems with them. • Training & Creating awareness’ - To brief the team for seasonal availability ordering and having a control on the inventories • Adhere to the processes - to discuss with team and category to find solutions in case of abnormalities ( e.g. Non availability of stock at vendors end , overstocking in case the buy plan goes wrong, mismatch of Purchase Order & physical quantity). Qualifying Competencies • Has good Leadership skills. • Is good at planning, directing, delegating. • Strong on analytical skills. • Believes in monitoring, followup & implementation. • Is able to hand hold, guide and groom the team working with him/her. • Has good communication skills.
