The IIC(Innovation Inclusion Challenge) is MIT’s(http://ide.mit.edu/) premier future of work prize awarding over one million dollars to entrepreneurs using technology to drive economic opportunity for workers. This year they are collaborating with like-minded partners in five global regions — North America, Latin America, Europe, Africa, and Asia — to broaden their reach to deserving applicant organizations around the world, derive lessons from the global community, and accelerate the Inclusive Innovation movement.

 

As part of this process, judges based in each region will evaluate the applications they receive and provide feedback to applicant organizations. In each region, twelve Regional Finalists selected by their Judges will be celebrated at in-region events this summer, and four Regional Winners in each region will proceed to MIT, where they will take part in an Institute-wide Future of Work Congress and vie for the IIC’s Global Grand Prizes at a celebration event.
