Join iBelieve – HCL’s Career Program for Women

At HCL, we believe in diversity and have a philosophy that anyone with self-belief and willingness to learn can be made employable, productive and an independent IT professional. In alliance with this thinking, HCL is proud to announce employment opportunities for women looking to start their First Career in the IT sector through iBelieve – HCL’s Career Program for Women. iBelieve is a fee-based training program with job assurance for women and the program is now applicable for Candidates of Delhi-NCR. The key tenets of this program are Empower, Enable and Employ.

Eligibility:

• Women with Delhi-NCR’s local address proof looking to start their first career in IT

• Age: No Bar

• Education: B.E/ B. TECH/ M.Sc. (CS/IT/SE)/ B.Sc. (Maths/Physics)/ Diploma (12+3 years of diploma)
• 60% & above Marks in Graduation.
• 2015 or earlier pass-outs for engineering/ science graduates (Maths/Physics)/diploma holders.
