About Event

'Lead Like a Girl' is a 6-month fellowship program starting from July till December, for exceptional young women within the ages of 21-30, who have a strong desire to create a huge impact in the world. The Fellowship provides them with the support and guidance they need to achieve their goals through a combination of: 

• Classroom training, using a customized leadership curriculum that we have identified as critical for young women leaders to lead and achieve their goals
• Individualized coaching and mentoring to give our Fellows 1-on-1 support for their goals, and 
• Experiential projects that will allow them to learn by doing, and pay forward their learnings to the next rung of aspiring young women
