Jayshree Kirtane is an executive coach with 20+ years of experience spanning across management schools and training and consulting organizations.

Jayshree has coached many executives in the corporate sector and is has led Marketing, Technology Office, Sales, R&D organization, Legal and Editors of News channels. With close to 1000 hours of individual coaching, Jayshree is a PCC level coach with the International Coach Federation.

Originally a post graduate in Mathematical Economics, Jayshree’s expedition in Applied Behavioral Science began in 2004. She rewrote her life-script and began pursuing her ‘calling’. She chose to become a human process facilitator and went on to receive 10 relevant certifications. She has touched lives of more than 5000 corporate professionals through various  insightful interventions.

Jayshree is passionate about promoting leadership as a space with a special focus on women and students. She encourages, supports, trains, coaches women and young adults in all walks of life to find their unique place in this world.

She is a mentor and regular speaker at esteemed forums such as the Product Leadership Forum and Society for Women Engineers. She is also a guest faculty at the Institute of Product Leadership.
