HCL is proud to announce opportunity for women to Restart their career in IT.  ‘iBelieve- HCL’s Career Program for Women’ serves as a platform for women who seek to pursue active careers in IT sector.

iBelieve – HCL’s Career Program for Women has been created with a vision to provide employment opportunities for women in the IT sector. iBelieve is a fee-based training program with job assurance for women who seek to pursue active careers in IT sector. The key tenets of this program are Empower, Enable and Employ. The program caters to all women candidates from freshers to experienced professionals with career breaks through extensive classroom and on-the-job training. The program customizes the training as per the candidates’ previous work experience and education. Various pathways are available under this employment program, the list of who can apply as follows:

Who Can Apply?

• Women with min of 2 years of experience in Java / Dotnet / Oracle / Mainframe
• Women currently on a career break looking to restart their career in IT
• Women currently working with IT firms and are looking for opportunities with HCL

 You can get selected for this skilling and hiring program by attending the exclusive iBelieve selection drive on 1^st September (Saturday) @ HCL Technologies, AMB-6 campus ( Ambattur), Chennai. . Prior registration is mandatory.
