Get Unstuck is for anyone out there who has a goal, and is stuck and needs a breakthrough.

From career challenges to issues related to poor confidence and self-esteem, Unstuck advocates a fresh, three-step approach that will give you three powerful things:

1)      Identifying the 'stories' in your head that hinder your progress

2)      Rewriting them to align to your goals and values

3)      Finding the tools to stay the course

All of these are to be achieved in 45 minutes through personal discussions, working on material specially designed to get people to 'Get Unstuck'.
