Nurture yourself in order to be balanced and productive at home and at work!

A motivating webinar by Naomi George, Diversity Consultant, Author 'Mum-Me'

Understand the importance of "Me time"as a key pre-requisite to self-confidence, clarity in thought and self-preservation to last the long hard yards of being a mum, having a career and running a home.

A must attend webinar for working mothers and women who are returning to the workforce after a break!

The workshop addresses Domestic and Personal barriers/issues women face and have to overcome in order to be productive, optimise their day and grow at work and as individuals.

Domestic Issues include setting in place ecosystems while parents are at work, the enabling of these ecosystems to ensure that women are managing them effectively, but are not responsible for checking every single task-box herself. Personal issues include a lack of Confidence, fears of the Gap that can develop while away on maternity leave, Communication, Assertiveness, Stress and Guilt Management and Image at work.

Working mums often face a dismissive/patronising attitude at work, which the session will address, with tips on how to change this attitude. They also suffer guilt and can tend to put themselves last, often resulting in burn-out and exhaustion.
