Ruchika Batra is a Java, Big Data, Hadoop trainer. She has more than six years of experience in training students and corporate is Java, Big Data, Hadoop, and Spark.She is also a Sun Certified Java Programmer(SCJP).She has published her 3 courses of Java, Big Data, and Hadoop in Udemy which has more than 7000 students enrolled across more than 100 countries. Currently, she is working with COSO IT- A Big Data Company.

While she came across JobsForHer, she felt that today's women need to be updated with latest technological skills. As she herself was on a career break, she understands that women on career break lag behind due to lack of resources to update their skills according to latest trends in the industry. currently, her vision is to train and help women in Job interviews in the field of JAVA, Big Data and Hadoop, which is the hottest skill in the market and will help women during or after a career break to get the best job in the industry.
