The R3 Roadshow is about helping women returnees to reassess, reskill and restart their careers. Senior leaders from across industries have partnered with us on our Roadshows in the past, and this time is no different.
All the companies that have joined hands with JobsForHer for the Roadshow have shared our passion - to bring more women back to work in India. All have, in one way or another, catalysed women that attend these Roadshows, to restart their careers through reskilling workshops, expert advice, speed mentoring and the opportunity to network with senior corporate leaders. Many of our Mentors have themselves restarted careers after taking breaks, so their advice comes from the best, most genuine place - personal experience.
The R3 Roadshow is about showing women returnees that there are companies in India, of all sizes and shapes, that are ready to welcome them back to work.
