The Vedica Scholars Programme for Women, co-founded by Pramath Raj Sinha (Founder - ISB, Ashoka University) and Anuradha Das Mathur (Yale Greenberg World Fellow 2016, 9dot9), is a unique women’s programme which integrates management practice, learnings from the liberal arts, thinking and communicating with impact and insight from personal growth courses.

 

Known for its multidisciplinary approach to management education, Vedica has marked its niche in the management education environment. Within three years, Vedica has found a strong response from industry and established itself as an institution of prestige for women professionals. A unique, month-long ‘Shadow a Woman Leader’ Module allows each Scholar to trail a prominent woman leader in an executive assistant role. Each scholar is mapped one-to-one and spends a month of their time at Vedica in this module.

The 18-month long programme weaves through courses in liberal arts, communication and leadership while keeping management curriculum as its central focus. With a visiting faculty model, Vedica attracts faculty from top academic institutions and companies such as Harvard, Stanford, Yale, IIM, ISI, McKinsey and Coca-Cola.

Admissions for the 5th Batch are open. The 18-month session will begin in August 2019 and run until December 2020.

Vedica admits women on potential and does not consider CAT, GMAT or GRE test scores as a criterion for admission. Additionally, there is NO APPLICATION FEE. The only criterion for admission is that the candidate should have an undergraduate degree at the time of starting the programme. Students in their final year of university are encouraged to apply.

 

Applications are on a rolling basis. Preference will be given to those who apply first.

 

The fee for the Programme is Rs. 10.25 lakhs + GST. This includes the entire tuition, accommodation and fee. Additionally, Vedica grants scholarships to students on both need and merit, judging the background of the candidate to make sure the cost of the programme is not a hindrance to applying.

 

Seats are limited to 120 Scholars.
