We are TVS Motor Company (TVSM), a reputed two-wheeler and three-wheeler manufacturer in India producing scooters, motorcycles, mopeds and three-wheelers.  We rank amongst the top ten two-wheeler companies in the world and are also the second largest two-wheeler and three-wheeler exporter in India, distributing to over 60 countries worldwide.

We have a strong nationwide distribution network of over 3500 certified touch-points including dealers and Authorised Service Centres that continuously seek to increase our reach. We have a rich talent pool of more than 5,000 personnel who work out of four state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities at Hosur in Tamil Nadu, Mysore in Karnataka, Nalagarh in Himachal Pradesh and Karawang in Indonesia.

 

In 2020, we acquired the iconic British brand Norton Motorcycles which is among the most popular British motorcycle brands of all time and is one of the most emotive marques today. Norton Motorcycles is renowned for their classic models and eclectic range of luxury motorcycles ranging from authentic retro classic reboots of the famous Commando to the contemporary 200 bhp, 1200cc V4 super-bikes.

 

The undeterred focus on excellence and quality has borne rich dividends for us in our four-decade long journey – we have won many accolades along the way. In 2022, we became the first two-wheeler manufacturer in the world to be conferred with the prestigious Deming Prize for excellence in quality.  Our products lead in their respective categories in the J.D. Power IQS and APEAL surveys for four years and were was ranked No. 1 in the J.D. Power Customer Service Satisfaction Survey for consecutive five years.

Through the ‘Unnati’ program, we would like to bring back women professionals by offering customised, flexible opportunities aligned to our requirements.

We have opportunities in nearly all business verticals - Design, Development, Research, Program Management, Manufacturing, Quality, Buying, Sales, Service, Marketing, Digital, Technology (IT, Data Science, Data Analytics & Data Engineering) and HR, Finance and Legal etc.

We will offer preparatory course through professional mentors to cover functional & behavioural aspects before the returning women professional takes up the role. This will help her overcome both real or notional gaps, if any, which may have developed due to the break. Skill based sessions will also be offered to update on the current trends and work requirements.
