Right Returns Financial Planning is one of India’s pioneering financial planning practices. We have two distinct teams for advice and implementation respectively. Depending on whether the client only consults with us or also seeks our help on implementation, we weave together the advice and implementation, as may be appropriate, and deliver to our clients a singularly perfect outcome. We love our work and comraderie as much as we appreciate the respect and trust we receive from our clients.

Any culture is easier to understand through interactions with people ingrained with it rather than articulate it on a page. However we can say that underlying our culture is our focus on personal growth & values of the team members and the team as a whole being faithful to the task(s) on hand.
We endeavour to understand and appreciate the uniqueness that each one of us brings. For instance every team member's birthday is celebrated with an appreciation session that allows us to express gratitude for who we are. We also practice meditation regularly to keep ourselves mentally fit.
We have quarterly feedbacks with team colleagues and seniors stay abreast of work challenges, opportunities, successes and failures of each other on a one to one basis.
Overall, there is a willingness and sincere attempt to bring to work an environment that allows each one to bring out the best in ourselves and to go back home with feeling of fulfillment and self esteem.
