Women friendly policies
Maternity Leave

Maternity / Child Adoption Leave
PTC offers benefits to women employees to provide paid time off in lieu of birth and care of a newborn child or arrival of an adopted child. The benefits provide continuous job protection and paid leave of absence for up to 26 weeks surrounding the birth of a child and in case of adoption up to 12 weeks provided the child is below 3 months of age.

Mom & Childcare program

Under this program, special benefits are extended to our women employees. Benefits such as exclusive cab facility for expecting mothers in the third trimester, prenatal education, prenatal wellness programs, maternity coaching, flexible work schedules post maternity leave, postpartum depression counseling along with support to near-site child care centers is provided.

Harresment Policy

PTC has a zero-tolerance for workplace / sexual harassment. Our Internal Complaints Committee conducts regular awareness sessions on various types of sexual harassment, how to make complaints and laws related to the same.
