Expecting mothers may choose to take paid maternity leave of between 12 and 24 weeks. Expecting and nursing mothers may also arrive at work two hours later—or leave two hours earlier—than usual
Everyone (and every situation) is different, so flexible working options are another huge factor in supporting working mothers. Our flexible working policies include the option to work from home for 60 days in a year when necessary, working part-time hours, and fit working hours around a parent’s schedule.
We provide free transport services (Air-conditioned buses) from designated locations to our sites & back.
Amenities for Women
Our in-house gym facilities offer the services of a physical trainer, physiotherapist and nutritionist, and are available to associates free of charge
We offer parents with very young children paid in-house crèche and day care facilities. Parents with older children may also use off-site day care centers run by our vendor at concessional rates.
