Women friendly policies
26 weeks of paid leave extended to all full-time female employeesduring delivery. Additional time off up to six months post the paidmaternity leave is exhausted***. Six weeks of paid leave in case ofmiscarriage. These leaves cannot be encashed or carried forward.
Ten (10) days of paid leave extended to all Full-time Male employees in event of birth of a child. In addition, one day of work from home per week for the 3 months post child birth (total 12 days). These leaves cannot be encashed or carried forward
Leaves given to an employee in case the employee adopts a child. All women employees are eligible for 3 months and all male employees for 6 weeks of paid leave.
