You can be a student or Retired Professional or someone who has taken a sabbatical to attend family needs. There are no restrictions.
Career Progression:Everyone starts as an RPA ( Recruitment Process Associate ) - Full flexibility of time and workload -Work as an when you can during the day 8 am to 9 PM Pay per work done. No Fixed Pay. RPA Can Grow to become RWA, within 90 days of good performance,, to earn a fixed fee.
RWA ( Remote working Associate )- RPA Can become RWA if one can work minimum 4 hours in a day between 11 PM to 9 PM. You are associated with a Consultant or HWR and may get a fixed fee Plus pay per work RWA can Grow to be HWR, within a year, for higher income
HWR ( Home working Recruiter )- RPA can become HWR if one can have minimum 8 hours of a day between 9 to 9 and shows aptitude and competence to manage part for recruitment independently - Higher Fixed and Success based incentives OR Revenue Share. HWR can grow to be HC in next couple of years for a much higher role and income.
