Under the capability building programs, Agrima is an exclusive training program for our women employees, with an intent of enabling them to unleash their true potential. It promises to support all women participants with the necessary attitude, skills, knowledge to reshape their professional and personal journeys.
An employee with a minimum of three years of continuous service in the company can apply for a planned sabbatical leave for absence from work.

Women friendly policies
We support women employees for Maternity, Adoption, Surrogacy and also allied leaves for illnesses or emergencies arising due to pregnancy. Post maternity allied benefits available to all women include Leave with and without Pay options as well as Flexi Work Options.
An employee can avail the crèche/childcare facility for their children through the empaneled service providers with HGS.
There are flexi-work arrangements available for women employees on maternity or mothers returning to work.
Nursing, Lactation Rooms for Nursing Mothers
