Prevention of Sexual harassment PolicyGenpact takes all complaints on sexual harassment seriously and in addition to our robust Ombudsperson network across all sites in India, we also have an Internal Complaints Committee for addressing concerns that arise for women employees at the workplace. It is our endeavor to provide a harassment-free workplace and protect women from sexual harassment. The policy on Sexual Harassment at the Workplace is readily available through major communication channels.The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) is set up at each of our offices to assist any woman at the workplace who may be a victim of sexual harassment. The purpose of the ICC is to thoroughly investigate complaints raised by women employees and take steps that are reasonably calculated to stop the harassing behavior, if a violation is found to have occurred.Regular awareness campaigns are also run across the organization to ensure the message reaches each and every employee.

Targeting qualified women who are keen on returning to the corporate world after a career break or sabbatical, this campaign is run exclusively on social media and has generated a lot of positive sentiment both internally and externally. Piloted in India in May 2015, the campaign received terrific response and received 1000+ resumes almost as soon as it was launched. Its success led to the campaign going to foreign shores and recruiting women in the US and UK as well. The recruits are offered customized flexible workdays as they embark on their new roles in the organization.
