DOCTOR ON CAMPUS

Adobe is concerned about the health of its employees We have an ENT specialist, physiotherapist/ ergonomic specialist, gynecologist, nutritionist and physician visiting the campus regularly. Employees and their families can seek consultation free of cost.

MOTHER'S ROOM
In order to provide support to new mothers, Adobe has created Mother's room in its campuses. The room can be accessed by employees 24 * 7

YOGA SESSIONS


A healthy body and a healthy mind work best. With this thought in mind Adobe has engaged its employees with Yoga sessions provided in the morning and evening in all Adobe offices to recharge the employees. It's an ongoing benefit conducted 5 days a
week for an hour each.

QUIET ROOM
The mind works well when it is relaxed. In order to free your mind from all thoughts and to increase concentration employees can move to the quiet room. This room is accessible to all employees throughout the day for meditation and Yoga.
Working at Your Best Time Adobe talent is offered flexible office timings to ensure that they can balance their personal life as well as work when it is most efficient for them. Our creative teams get their inspiration at different times of the day and we encourage an environment where the team decides what time of day suits them best. Only 11% (approximately) of our employees are required to come in fixed shifts due to the nature of their job, which requires considerable customer interaction.

  • Women’s Safety & Self Defense Workshop

    In light of the recent horrific crimes against women, Adobe has partnered with InvictusSurvival Sciences, an institution that trains the Delhi Police and works with other lawenforcement agencies to combat crimes.As part of the initial workshop, women employees were taught the basics ofself-defense to deal with a hostile situation. An advanced training session wasconducted where demonstrations and physical maneuvers were taught to 180 womenemployees (close to 58% of our women population) across Bangalore & Noidaparticipated in the program.

Diversity initiatives

Coming together of Diverse people and diverse ideas. Women's participation encouraged for ex: in sports competitions women employee participation is mandatory.
No team event at Adobe takes off without women. The key element in any competition is our women who contribute across various activities. Exclusive sporting and recreational events just for women.

● Diversity Week – The whole week dedicated Employee engagement by Escape team mainly focusing on the women in the company. A large group as many as 1200 employees gathered along to celebrate this week which took a start on 6th March 2017.
