This is the ReferHER story of Krithika and Aishwarya. Sisters, colleagues and friends. Growing up, though they went through the motions of sibling rivalry. Aishwarya hid when she saw baby sister, Krithika come to her class at school. She was the cool, older, akka-about-town and couldn't be seen talking to a junior. Many years later when Krithika realised her orgainsation was looking for a cool, writer-about-town, she referred her big sister for the job! Today, they are both fiercely protective of each other, work together and live next-door to each other. If you have a sister, this will not sound over-the-top to you!
