Neha Bagaria, Founder & CEO, JobsForHer, tells you everything about our flagship annual event — HerRising.

HerRising is an event for women who are looking to Start, Restart and Rise in their careers.

The career fair has a great line-up of companies every year at HerRising. Top companies like Amazon, Airbus, Akamai, Amadeus, Great Learning and Pulse Secure were at HerRising 2019.

Companies usually shortlist candidates at the career fair and this year, we also had an Interview Room, where shortlisted candidates were interviewed.

The conference surely boosted the confidence of the women there. 

Conference delegates had access to all the zones at HerRising — Career fair, Conference, Mentorship and Awards.

Delegates were also able to attend panel discussions, get mentored by industry experts, attend the networking lunch and more.

The panel discussions, workshops and mentoring sessions provided a lot of insight to the women delegates.
