Working with Titan Company is more like working with family than an impersonal corporate. Here, employees are highly valued and respected, and there is a constant endeavor to fulfill their needs and aspirations. The well-being of each and every Titanian really matters.

The company’s growth and successes are attributed directly to their employees.  Engaging actively with their employees on all issues pertaining to their health and well-being is a way of life. Therefore, there is a commitment to provide them with a safe, positive and healthy work environment.

Here’s what we found emphasizing the same:

Unity in Diversity & Inclusivity

An equal opportunity employer, TITAN believes in diversity and an inclusive approach in all its areas of operations. Diversity is manifested in not one but 5 different ways – Gender, Physical Ability, Local Hiring, Affirmative Action, & Lateral or Fresh hires!

Growing & Learning with the Company:

A supportive environment is offered along with tools to enable every employee to boost their own development and career. There are robust training, development and capability building programs for employees at all levels.

Employee Acknowledgment:

Employees are recognized and rewarded for their work through structured programs like Moment of Fame, Outstanding Titanian Dream Team, IMPRESSIONS as well as factory and region specific frameworks.

Grievance Redressal:

Employees are provided with the opportunity not only to voice their opinions but also the appropriate channels to raise concerns and have grievances addressed. In order to address workplace related issues, the Senior Management Team conducts periodic interactions, including open houses with employees at all locations.

Titan Company Ltd has a robust Policy for the protection of women under the overall ambit of the TATA CODE OF CONDUCT and The Sexual Harassment of Women at Work Place (Prevention, Prohibition, Redressal) Act 2013. The policy at Titan is gender neutral, to protect both sexes against harassment. The ICC committee members are identified in each zone to address different clusters. In fact, Titan Company is a benchmark in Ethical Practices amongst the Tata group companies.

Focus on the Significance of Work-Life Balance:

The company focuses on fostering an ideal environment to achieve work-life-balance. Apart from a wide variety of policies and benefits, personal care and attention to employee needs are offered. They also follow fair compensation practices, facilitating a comfortable standard of living.

The Titan Township: The need felt for creating a robust township for its employees and for the community near its largest manufacturing operations in Hosur is based on the TATA philosophy that "Responsibility towards employees extends beyond the workplace". The TITAN school, a-one-of=its-kind institution, is one of the finest schools in the Hosur region, and has won many accolades!

Our Titanians, Our Strength!!

For Their Women:

Titan’s women employees constitute a commendable 35% of their workforce!

Apart from the above, here’s why:

Crèche Facilities: All the manufacturing units have a Crèche facility for employees’ children. This has enabled Titan Company to retain a large number of female employees, even at their manufacturing locations.

Flexi Time: The company has Flexible Work Hours at both their Corporate and Regional offices to accommodate personal commitments and requirements of their employees.

Maternity Leave: The maternity leave policy of the company provides flexibility for their women employees to avail maternity leave for up to 182 days and additional 14 days for delivery of twins.

Titan Kanya:

‘A girl is the knot that ties the family, nay, the nation together’. With this belief, Titan launched an education outreach program, ‘’Titan Kanya’’ in 2013. Through this, they seek to empower 12000 girl children!
